POSITION SUMMARY:

Office location: East Division - negotiable

The Senior Coordinator, Targeted Care Packages plays a key role in improving outcomes for children in out-of-home care and prevent children entering care.

You will use your strong planning, coordination and stakeholder relationship skills to design and implement tailored supports to meet the needs of individual children, their families and carers, providing flexible and innovative placement prevention and out-of-home care solutions for children. The position works closely with Child Protection, Placement and Support Planning and Child and Family Services to deliver innovative and therapeutic placements.
