About the opportunity
The Senior Temporary Works Design Coordinator will drive and lead the client-side coordination of the design, development and delivery of Temporary Works associated with open-cut station boxes, tunnel structures, civil earthworks and ground improvement works. Reporting to the Design Manager, Tunnels & Civils, this role will provide professional advice and guidance based on similar experience in the design management and delivery of Temporary Works within major infrastructure projects. The ability to build, maintain and influence strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders is fundamental to the success of this role.
The Senior Temporary Works Design Coordinator will provide technical support to the Tunnels & Civils package, including the coordination and review of Temporary Works design deliverables drawing upon technical specialist advice to resolve a range of engineering design challenges.
