We are seeking applications for a Service Access Worker who has high level communication skills and is motivated and passionate about streamlined access to services. The Service Access Worker should have a sound knowledge of medical terminology, health services and agencies in the Grampians region, and have proficient computer skills.

Fixed Term (12 month contract) - Full Time (40 hours per week, ADO included)

About the role:

The Service Access Worker assists in coordinating a client's journey through Primary Care Services.  This includes completion of the intake process, encompassing initial contact, registration, and initial needs identification for clients.  The Service Access Worker ensures clients are offered the most appropriate services based on their needs and presenting issues.

The successful applicant will be part of the Primary Care Team at Stawell Regional Health, including over twenty Allied Health Professionals.

  • Excellent all-rounder IT and data entry skills including Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
