Role Description
Heathcote Health is inviting applications for from Social Workers, to join our multi-disciplinary team working across all clinical services areas including hospital based, Aged Care and community-based settings. This position is responsible for improving health outcomes through the provision of Social Work services aligned to funding guidelines as part of a multi-disciplinary approach to health care.
