About the Role


Monash Health Community, Aged & Community Care Team and Community Rehabilitation Team are seeking a Speech Therapist (Grade 2) in a full time position.  This position will work 3 days a week with the Casey and Cardinia team and 2 days with in the Community Rehabilitation Service.  This is your chance to experience the community sector. You will be taking your place in a closely knit team prepared to support you as required.


The Speech Therapist works collaboratively within the team to deliver home based services to individuals and families in their home. The primary focus is on assisting the individual to maintain their health, wellbeing and independence.
