South West Alliance of Rural Health (SWARH) is a government-established joint venture, supplying ICT shared services to acute public hospitals and associated health services within the Barwon and south west regions of Victoria, covering some 60,000 square kilometres.

About the role 

The primary purpose of the Customer Support Officer is to provide efficient and effective delivery of ICT services facilitating resolution of incidents, service requests ensuring positive customer experience and outcomes. This role has a strong customer focus, and involves enhanced stakeholder engagement and communication to improve reliability and support for services and people.
