What you will be doing

Reporting directly to Manager, People Services this role will be responsible for:

  • Managing the continuous improvement and functionality of VEC's Personnel Management System.
  • Generating insightful People-related reports and submitting findings and recommendations in line with data
  • Leading the day-to-day system operations for the VEC's People branch


What you will bring to the role

  • Extensive experience using complex and sophisticated, web-based payroll/HRIS systems (Aurion system experience is strongly preferred.)
  • A solutions focussed mindset partnered with strong critical thinking skills
  • Experience delivering data based presentations, including the ability to adapt information to ensure fit for differing audiences
  • Commitment to the VEC's core values
