About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic software System Administrator within our highly regarded organisation.

CFA uses a branded version (CFASafe) of the Riskware software suite of modules to provide a number of critical business functions including Hazard/Incident Reporting, Health Program Management and Audit tracking. The key purpose of this role is to ensure that CFASafe is effectively delivering the required business functions across all areas of CFA's operations and supporting CFA to improve the safety of our volunteers and employees.

Working within the Health, Safety, Environment & Wellbeing team, you will be responsible for the administration of the CFASafe system and business requirements for all members as well as for level 2 tech support for all users. You will provide proactive management of user access; develop and maintain systems reporting requirements; ensure effective interaction with other CFA systems and work with ICT and the vendor of CFASafe to ensure system availability and business continuity for CFA. Further detailed responsibilities include:

  • Working with relevant internal and external stakeholders to identify, prioritise and implement system improvements

  • Administering CFASafe security including regulating system profiles and user access.

  • Managing the day to day maintenance and troubleshooting by providing level 2 technical support for CFASafe and liaise with ICT (level 1) and PAN software (Level 3) as required.

  • Managing the integration of CFASafe and all interfaces with other CFA systems.

About You:

To succeed in this key role, you will possess Formal IT qualifications and/or familiarity with the Riskware product – cloud-based application and you will demonstrate significant knowledge, expertise and demonstrated experience administering a complex and business critical IT application and delivery success in a complex environment.
Further to this you will require proven liaison and negotiation skills including enlisting commitment from a variety of stakeholders and achieving positive outcomes and an ability to work effectively and harmoniously with other team members and clients. You will have the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines and strong analytical skills, highly developed attention to detail and the ability to think laterally are a given.
