About the role:
As part of the dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Team you will help our hiring managers within the business recruit great people for their teams, and in the best way possible. We aren't like other government departments – we get to have a bit of fun with the way we recruit, and tailor processes to suit the roles we're recruiting.

This is a full-time 6-month contract, and we are still working remotely (from home) until further notice. When we are eventually allowed back into the office, it won't be mandatory to work from the office on a full-time basis. There will be some contact hours required, however we will establish a nice mix of working from home and the office throughout the week.
About you
Having full end to end recruitment experience is good, and a flare for getting creative and working with people is a must. If you have no qualms in picking up the phone and giving someone a call or reaching out to people you haven't met before and saying g'day, then you will have a great time working with us.
Communication is key in this role, along with the ability to identify ways to do things better. We are always looking to improve, grow and learn – and ideally you are the same. We care about our candidates A LOT – and so experience in providing a high level of candidate care would be great.
Having a strong sense of purpose in helping LXRP deliver on transforming the way Victorians live, work and travel is a must.
