About the role
The Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for providing advice, coaching and support to GH managers in the attraction, acquisition and selection of employees. Collectively, the Talent Acquisition team is responsible for the provision of expert and accurate advice, ensuring that all external and internal recruitment procedures are transparent, systematic and promote a 'best person for the role' approach, whilst working within appropriate industrial legislation and Enterprise Agreements.
We are looking for a recruitment expert who is able to work predominantlyon site and thrives working in a complex, fast paced and constantly changing work environment.
