We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to manage a large scale recruitment project across our expanding Emergency Departments.  In this newly created role you will have the opportunity to build a talent framework and build a team to support the strategies you deploy to support the Emergency department expansion through the recruitment of approximately 300 FTE of health professionals across nursing, medical and allied health disciplines.


You will be a strategic thinker experienced in the deployment of various and innovate talent acquisition techniques, and be well versed and comfortable with attraction of both local, national and international candidates.


Your problem solving abilities, relationship management will ensure that you work closely with our Nursing and Midwifery, Medical and Allied Health leadership teams to help attract a highly skilled and capable workforce to support our expansion.



Your experience and skillset will include;



  • Large scale talent acquisition strategy development

  • Development of talent acquisition framework and talent acquisition project team

  • Experience with local, national and international talent attraction strategies

  • Ability to develop strong collaborative relationships and influence stakeholders

  • Experience in large scale public healthcare recruitment would be highly desirable
