About the role

We are looking for an experienced business services and facilities team leader to join our People and Culture team here at LXRP. The Business Services & Facilities team make an important contribution to the day-to-day experience of our people. The team is responsible for accommodation planning, allocation and maintenance, fleet management, office supplies, mail and services such as meeting room bookings and catering. Some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, coaching and developing your team
  • Oversee the Business Services desk ticketing system, maintaining our 5-star rating in meeting client requests (we're pretty proud of that)
  • Identify and implement accommodation requirements to support our transition back to office, as well as short, medium and long term business needs
  • Client-side project and change management or working group contribution for multiple projects including fit outs, system implementations and return to office
  • Acting as key relationship manager for co-located and government stakeholders, and both government and external providers

This position is a 3-year fixed term, paying a salary between $103,920 - $125,735 + superannuation. People that enjoy working from the office and from home potentially have the option to access our hybrid working arrangements, working between our head office in the CBD, and at home.
