The Opportunity

Albury Wodonga Health requires a Full Time Team Leader to join our Food Services department in our Albury  Campus.  We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and self motivated leader with the confidence to lead and operationally assist in Food Service Department. Adhering to the AWH Food Safety plan, Participation on Menu Planning, CBORD Maintanance  and being actively involved in Food production compliance and quality control whilst maintaining a safe and efficient work place. We require a strong leader to deliver quality service to our patient service and  operationally assisting the department Lead.

Team Leader role contributes to preparation and delivery of food to the patients, staff and Visitors at our Hospital. This is acheived whilst maintaining hgih standards of quality care and service, reliablity and Safety, upholding and fullfilling the organisations Vision, mission and values

We are seeking suitable applicats with relevant hospitality/chef  qualifications or  demonstrated experieince in food services supervisory or similar feild,  who can monitor and manage daily Kitchen opeations and food safety  compliances.
