About the team

Numbering over 750 staff, our Registration and Licensing (R&L) division significantly contributes to ensuring Victorians are safe on our roads by providing professional customer services, policy advice and specialist services to our customers.

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity available for 2 Team Leaders at our Eastern Metro 3 Customer Service Centre at Dandenong. Reporting to the Centre Manager you will not only lead the team in providing high quality customer service, but also support and monitor staff development through ongoing coaching. This is a permanent leadership position. Operating hours is between 8.30am – 4.30pm.

About the ideal candidate

  • Ability to coordinate workload plans that align with agreed business outcomes.

  • Experience in assessing ,monitoring and delivering feedback on staff performance leading to improved performance.

  • Ability to drive and influence innovation towards improved business outcomes.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team to achieve customer service targets.

  • Adaptability to achieve business outcomes in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

  • Ability to travel and work from our Dandenong site.

  • A current and valid driver's license is required.
