The Royal Melbourne Hospital Perioperative Services is a brilliant team committed to working with all stakeholders to ensure excellent surgical outcomes for our patients and their families.

Your new role:

• As an Operating Theatre Technician, you are a key stakeholder in our team.
• Our Technicians are a highly skilled and very well-respected team who are essential to providing quality outcomes to patient care in our operating theatres.
• No two days are the same in our operating theatres. Our technicians are trained to be multi-skilled and rotate through all surgical specialties. 
• As one of Melbourne's busiest Trauma and Emergency Surgical Departments - you'll be working with the best

About you:

• You must hold an Operating Theatre Technician Certificate - Cert 3 or 4
• You have recent operating theatre technician experience with a collaborative working style
• You are able to work a rotating roster as well as be on-call
• You have effective communication skills and a passion for continued professional development.
