About the Role
This position requires in-office presence five days a week and may include shift work as part of a regular schedule, which may encompass Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and/or afternoon or night shifts.
Reporting to the End User Services Coordinator within Investment and Technology, the role provides technical support and assistance with the installation, maintenance and configuration of telecommunications and collaboration technologies and solutions. This includes collaboration, telephony, audio/visual architecture and solutions, meeting room solutions and Office365.The role has responsibilities to maintain, upgrade and develop the systems across the DTP offices. In addition, participating and running projects to expand current systems or deploy new systems/locations.

We are seeking a skilled professional with strong problem-solving abilities and knowledge of unified communications and collaboration technologies, capable of implementing continuous improvement strategies and delivering effective solutions. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and adaptability are essential for fostering collaboration, influencing technological delivery, and aligning with industry trends.
Position Outcomes / Accountabilities
• Apply well developed specialist skills to establish strategies for the effective management of telephony, audio/visual architecture and solutions, meeting room solutions in line with organizational needs.
• Lead the evaluation of meeting room conferencing technology equipment and make recommendations as to the best fit with the Department’s strategic direction to use Microsoft Teams, including consultation with other IT Operations staff, equipment suppliers and DTP partners.
• Refine, develop, and explore new opportunities in collaboration technologies, meeting rooms solutions and audio/visual architecture in line with ICT policies, procedures, and systems.
• Collaboratively work with internal and external ICT stakeholders to resolve end-user issues related to unified communications and collaboration technologies within agreed service expectations.
• Lead the installations of video conference and other collaboration technologies at DTP sites by coordinating with internal ICT contacts and external vendors.
• Work with ICT Workplace Services team members to establish new and streamline existing processes in the changing unified communications landscape plus coaching team members.
Qualifications and Experience
Mandatory
• ITIL Foundation V4 Certificate
• Experience in the management and working with video conferencing technologies such as MS Teams including Admin Console
• Experience working with vendors, strong communication and training skills.
