About the Role
The Department of Transport and Planning is seeking a Performance Auditor to provide professional administrative and secretarial support to the Manager and Senior Performance Auditor. This role involves coordinating and managing the flow of information, supporting team operations, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders and government authorities. The successful candidate will play a key role in standardising business processes, assisting with training and communications, and maintaining consistent and reliable information management across the team. Position Outcomes / Accountabilities
• Work closely with various stakeholders from across the Department to gather and collate information from various sources to ensure comprehensive and accurate records.
• Provide timely, high quality, detailed, reliable, accurate and appropriate briefings and advice to support and facilitate the preparation of reports, replies, briefings and other documents.
• Design, develop and maintain records and reporting such as PowerBI dashboards, using systems including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Power Platform, or other software.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships and effective communication with relevant internal and external stakeholders to provide timely, accurate, quality advice.
• Manage a range of administration processes across the audit program and provide support to the Senior VAGO Performance Auditor.

Qualifications and Experience
