Organisational Wellbeing at CFA:
Organisational Wellbeing sits within the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Directorate and is focused on the strategic direction, support, advice and service of psychological health and safety for members. This includes the provision of wellbeing services (Peer Support, Chaplaincy and Psychological/Counselling support), and case management/coaching support for a range of issues impacting the psychological health and wellbeing of members.
About the Role
This is a rewarding and meaningful role for an energetic individual with experience in the mental health field. Working within the Organisational Wellbeing Team, you will be involved in supporting senior leaders and members' psychological health and wellbeing with a strong focus on the provision of expert mental health management advice and prevention strategies. This position works across various locations around Dandenong, Chirnside Park and Melton. Candidates interested in full time, part time or job share working arrangements are encouraged to apply.

About You
To succeed in this important role, you will be qualified in a mental health or Social Sciences related discipline with significant contemporary experience managing wellbeing and mental health issues. You are a team player who contributes positively to team culture. You will demonstrate expertise in providing support, advice, coaching, and problem solving on a broad range of mental health and wellbeing issues.
With expertise in communicating at all levels of an organisation, you will also develop and deliver a range of proactive strategies and services aimed at improving organisational and member mental health and wellbeing. This includes your ability to deliver face to face and virtual educational and training programs.
Please note, you must be prepared for remote work, overnight stays, and after-hours work at times. A full driver's licence is required.
